I offer therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, whether in person or through virtual sessions. I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for both clients and their loved ones to explore and address concerns related to mood disorders, life transitions, eating disorders, food struggles , body image, self-esteem, trauma, and relationship concerns, and mental health. I am committed to helping clients and and their support team explore their relationships with one another, with foods, and with their bodies. I am passionate about accompanying clients through their healing process, and I strive to make a positive impact in their lives.
